Enjoy this great dive experience! At the dive center on Grand Anse Beach you will get fitted with your included diving equipment. You will then meet your dive master, and in groups of no more than 6 guests per dive master in the pool, begin your introduction.
Your first lesson starts with a pool session in the adjacent pool. In this confined water environment we introduce new divers to their equipment, give you all the time you need to get comfortable and teach you a few basic skills and exercises to build confidence. Once the new divers and their PADI Instructors are satisfied, which usually takes anywhere from ten minutes to an hour, the divers pass through the dive shop where we get set to go out on your first open water dive.
We travel to the dive site by boat (2 minute drive) and spend the next hour getting in, getting comfortable and getting under the sea! The dive sites are experience and comfort level appropriate therefore the new diver picks their comfort zone whether it is 2 feet or 35 feet below the surface. The world that awaits you has more marine life to see than you have eyes to look at it with.
This experience is not in itself a certification course; however, it may be used toward a PADI certification with Eco Dive or another PADI training facility.
